the FO staff was so welcoming and helpfull, the breakfast was OK, the room was comfy and totally valued with money!! i still dont understand why people give bad review about this accomodation, if you expect too much you should find 5 star hotel then.. for me everything was excellent !! definitely will stay here again if i going to kuta
